Just had a terrible training week. Bah!!!
After the National day training washout I felt like I was coming down with something, so I canceled my scheduled run and rested.
Although I still managed to do my 20km run yesterday, it felt too easy/sedated to be training. And I somehow managed to pull my shoulder muscle during swim class.
Didn't ride this morning because I felt real lousy when I got out of bed at 5am today. Just didn't feel like getting out of the house and riding. =(
