wow it has been years since i last went to an airshow. last one must have been like.. 2005? or 2006? can't remember, but at that time it was still called the asian aerospace.this time i had a trade visitor pass so it was great not having to jostle with families with crying babies, get wacked on the head by umbrella toting obasans, and join the incredibly looooong queue lines for the F16s.
anyway i had a great time at the show. great aircraft, great weather, great company; what more can you ask for?
hearts the F111. the dump and burn routine must have been incredibly expensive and pollutive, but who cares when the plane is like zooming past you and fire-farting in your face?
hearts the A10. tank killer? yeah you bet with that insane weapons payload.
hearts the F35. a pity that it wasn't on flying display. looked magnificent on ground too though.
hearts the aeromacchi M346. italian design: small and cute.
hearts the RSAF. we seriously have one of the best air forces in the region!
hearts the boeing booth for being the most generous with freebies. then again probably because we invested so much money into your F15s.
hearts the french booth. all on grève!
looking forward to 2012. hopefully we'll get to see the B52 bomber then.

i thought there was a B52 this time round? they're saving it for 2012? ask them to bring one with a nuke
no B52s! i think you mistook the F35 with the B52 lah.
yeah singapore wants to invest in nuclear power please bring one n bomb to kickstart the nuclear program! =D
