recently i've been thinking about the past. i always get flashbacks when i'm overseas. maybe its because my loneliness strips away all the protective armour that i have with all my friends back home. maybe because it was the untenable situation then. or maybe because i still have not left the shadows of the past.
the unbearable lightness of being.
what are memories anyway but useless emotions. mostly they are as fidel as men and as accurate as rumours. they make you contemplative but yet regretful.
then you realise that things are not the same anymore and then it kills you. slowly but surely. again and again.
damn those memories.
