omygosh its been 6 weeks already. in those six weeks i dreamt of audis, became carnivorous, learnt the difference between a flat tip and an open end, tamed leopards, walked the path of ancient pharoahs, shared a train cabin with the addams family, and gave lots of baksheesh.

in a parallel universe during those six weeks:
1. Mr Goh Keng Swee passed away.
2. the cost to watch world cup soccer at home increased from $70.62 to $94.16 (gst inclusive).
3. a mrt carriage was vandalised.
4. exco of city harvest church gets probed for misuse of funds (finally!).
5. orchard road saw itself as the epicentre of one of the worst floods in the last decade.
