fed out of the us open! yaays. well the final would be less epic but oh wells what matters is nadal winning the grand slam at the end of the day.
ahm! running into marina bay sands was not as nice as i expected and did not achieve another PB but at least i completed within my baseline aim, with my ankle issues and what not. not in the top 5 but let's wait and see for the official results to see if there is any improvement in the overall timing.
now time to head off to brewerz for some good ol' curry and beer! =)

yeah marina bay sands roads arent really nice to run on. maybe give it another 5 years to mature.
yeah i am fast. like fast to slack, fast to siam, fast to eat, etc. but not in running apparently.
i developed a blood blister on my feet! time to get new shoes..
did you go for the AHM as well?
